Stripe has developed new functions in accordance with the GDPR so that AMS4EVER AG, as a user of this payment software, can handle personal data in compliance with GDPR requirements.
Address details and other personal information will be treated confidentially and used solely within the scope of the transaction and in accordance with applicable data protection laws, such as for processing your inquiry or booking, sending reservation confirmations and invoices, and responding to any questions. This information is also used by AMS4EVER AG to contact you at a later stage via mail, phone, email, or text message (SMS).
AMS4EVER AG stores personal data for 10 years, for as long as necessary to comply with applicable laws. Once the legally required retention period (10 years) has expired Stripe anonymizes your personal data.
